Background: Infection with two agents might cause overlapping symptoms, confusing the treating physician. This study aims to determine current coinfections rates in dengue patients a tertiary care Govt. General Hospital, Anathapuramu. Method: From July 2021 November 2021, an observational was conducted at Government Medical College & Hospital Ananthapuramu. A total of 100 clinically suspected Dengue were included this research. Blood samples from who visited Medicine and Pediatrics OPD taken sent lab for diagnosis other co-infections. Result: In our study, Out samples, 32 tested positive by RTPCR. RTPCR, DENV-1, 26 DENV-2, four DENV-3, according RTPCR results. co-infection detected 21 individuals, 1 (3.125%) being MP-ICT positive, 2 (6.25%) salmonella WIDAL Scrub typhus IgM reactive, 4 (12.5%) chikungunya 9 (28.125%) UTI having Stream Infections.
